Weeder - the process was a tad unpleasant and the first 24 hours was painful. But now, 3 days later, I can lift and rotate my arm ... nearly pain-free. In two weeks I should be back to doing dumb things that could wait another few weeks and full healing.Alicia & Rob - well, you got that right!
